We don’t have expensive overheads.  I used to have a company in Covent Garden with overheads that cost £110,000 a month, and never want to repeat that experience.  The reality is that when the job is thinking and talking to people, as it is here, you don’t need flash offices but are better off creating efficient and creative environments.
